UI UX Designer
Experience : Minimum 2 years – Maximum 5 years

Responsibilities : Conceptualize, design and implement user interface designs for digital interactive solutions using best practices, the latest design trends and available digital design tools to augment the desired user experience · Deliver innovative end-to-end user interfaces across web, tablet & mobile platforms on scope, time and quality · Rapidly visualize / design / prototype concepts · Create High-Fidelity pixel perfect and interactive UI Prototypes (using Adobe XD) · Ensure visual aesthetics… information hierarchy, composition, typography, color- scheme etc. · Conduct heuristic / end-user testing of completed design to assess user experience · Work closely with project manager, business stakeholders, subject matter experts end users; and collaborate with software developers to create best in class web / mobile applications
Qualification : Formal education in (UX/UI) Design, with degree / diploma from reputed design institute · Awareness of latest digital design trends and ability to come up with new UI ideas using basic principles from major UX / UI design frameworks for iOS / Android / Windows platforms · Proven ability to design attractive and innovative user experiences / user interfaces · Experience of designing consumer as well as enterprise UX solutions · Fluency (knowledge and skills) with digital design tools… viz. Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD etc. · Ability to provide the deliverables, as per the requirements, within deadline, and with a desired (state-of-the-art) quality · Excellent team orientation and communication skills
